Registration for the 2018 - 2019 School year will be Monday, July 30th from 1 PM to 7 PM at Midland Elementary School.  Please review the Student Handbook for any questions about the district. Physicals will be offered during registration.  A list of the health requirements, including forms, for students, required by the State of Illinois, can be found here. If your student will be participating in Athletics, they will need a sports physical.  The Sports Physical Form can be found here.
