Good morning, Midland family!
This is a reminder that things are about to get 'real' today. Lacon Chamber's Rooftop Ransom fundraiser is happening now. Please get Carrie and me off this roof! We will be locked up on the roof starting at 3:00 PM sharp, and can't come down until we raise our bail! Proceeds help the Lacon Chamber and our wonderful Midland community!

Dear Midland Family, After school on October 27, a student’s email account was compromised. The hackers used that access to collect email addresses and send a “part-time job offer” message to our middle and high school students. We have secured the affected account, blocked the malicious link, and notified students to delete and ignore the email.
This phishing attempt appears to be financially motivated. Please remain vigilant if your student completed the linked form, as the attackers may attempt to contact them directly for additional information. We will provide updates if any further action is required.
